What to expect when you arrive.
ALL-ACCESS TICKET PICKUP
FIRST VISIT?
1. Head to the Front Desk
Enter through the main entrance and head to the Front Desk inside the Action Sports Hub.
2. Pick Up Your RFID Wristband
Have the QR code from your confirmation email ready to scan and get your reusable wristband.
3. Access It All
Your wristband gives you access to the Indoor Hub, Mountain Park, and other All-Access zones. Keep it on throughout your visit.
ALREADY HAVE A WRISTBAND?
Skip the Front Desk and scan your active wristband at the indoor or outdoor gates.
Bring your wristband back for future visits. Lost or forgotten wristbands cost $5 to replace.

INDOOR HUB TICKET PICKUP
Head to the Front Desk inside the Action Sports Hub for help with your Indoor Hub ticket.
Have the QR code from your confirmation email ready when you arrive. If you already have an active RFID wristband, follow the entry instructions associated with your ticket.

WINTER LIFT TICKET PICKUP
What to expect when you arrive.
PICK UP YOUR TICKET
1. Find a Ticket Kiosk
Head to a ticket pickup kiosk next to the outdoor ticket window or across from the Hub entrance.
2. Scan Your Confirmation
Scan the barcode from your confirmation email. The kiosk will print your RFID lift ticket.
3. Head to the Mountain
Take your ticket to the Mountain Park and scan it at the Hot Laps lift or Start Park gate.
KEEP YOUR TICKET READY
Keep your RFID ticket by itself in an exterior pocket between your shoulder and waist. Keep it away from phones, keys, wallets, and other items that can interfere with the scan.
EXPLORE THE MOUNTAIN
Start in Start Park, then progress to our Progression Parks, Jump Lines, Peace Park, and Red’s Backyard.
Terrain opens in phases as conditions allow. Check the Mountain Report for current openings and closures.
RENTALS
Rental equipment is limited, so reserve online in advance if you need it. Arrive 30–40 minutes early. The Rental Shop is located in the basement of the Hub.
Lift tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Ticket sharing, reselling, or misuse may result in forfeiture.

BIKE PARK TICKET PICKUP
What to expect when you arrive.
PICK UP YOUR TICKET
1. Find the Ticket Kiosk
Head up the main walkway to the outdoor ticket kiosk just outside the Hub entrance.
2. Scan Your Confirmation
Scan the barcode from your confirmation email. The kiosk will print your RFID bike park ticket.
3. Head to the Lift
Cross the bridge and head to the Hot Laps Lift. Your ticket gives you lift access for your selected duration and all-day access to the Outdoor Action Sports Park.

Keep your RFID ticket by itself in an exterior pocket between your shoulder and waist. Keep it away from phones, keys, wallets, and other items that can interfere with the scan.
RIDE THE PARK
Start in Start Park with small berms, gentle rollers, and wide turns. When you're ready, take the lift to access the downhill flow trails and outdoor airbag zones.
Helmets are required for all wheeled sports. Mountain bikes, pads, and full-face helmets are available at the Rental Shop.
RENTALS
Need gear? Reserve online in advance and arrive 45 minutes early. The Rental Shop offers mountain bikes, pads, and full-face helmets.
Bike Park tickets are non-transferable. Ticket sharing, reselling, or misuse may result in forfeiture.

TUBING TICKET PICKUP
What to expect when you arrive.
Have your tubing ticket confirmation ready when you arrive. Follow the ticket pickup instructions provided with your purchase and check with the Front Desk if you need help locating the tubing entrance.
